Return & Refund Policy

At Eleanor Hart, we strive to provide every customer with exceptional service and a pleasant shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy has been carefully designed to ensure transparency and fairness for all customers.

Return Conditions

Returns may only be requested after the product has been physically received.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Once your return request has been approved, you will have an additional 15 days to return the item.

  • Returned items must be unworn (trying on is permitted), unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear beyond fitting will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that approved returns must be shipped to our designated international return facility and that all associated shipping, customs, duties, taxes, and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale Items

Products purchased during promotions offering discounts of 40% or more are considered Final Sale items.

Final Sale items are not eligible for:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

This exclusion will always be clearly indicated during the promotion.

Restocking Fee

A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each approved return.

This fee helps cover:

  • Inspection

  • Processing

  • Repackaging

  • Inventory management

By placing an order, you agree to this restocking fee.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Eleanor Hart does not reimburse:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Carrier fees

  • Any other expenses associated with returning an item

Total Return Window

Customers have:

  • 15 days to request a return

  • 15 additional days to ship the item back

The total return period is therefore 30 days from the delivery date.

Returns requested or shipped after this period will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us immediately.

Defective products may qualify for:

  • A replacement item

  • A full refund

Supporting photos may be required to process the claim.

Return Process

Step 1

Step 2

Once approved, our support team will provide detailed return instructions and the designated return address.

Step 3

Ship the item using a trackable shipping service at your own expense.

We strongly recommend retaining proof of shipment.

Returns sent without valid tracking information confirming delivery cannot be processed and will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Any applicable fees, including the restocking fee, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Liability

Eleanor Hart is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Delays caused by customs authorities

  • Delays caused by force majeure events

Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
